Delicate Thanks

I have to tell you about these amazing pancakes! We were introduced to the Three-Grain Pancake and Waffle Mix from Logan Turnpike Mill about a year ago. The mix makes amazing pancakes. They are super thick and sweet! You almost don't need butter or syrup. The boys LOVE them.

I was reminded about them this morning when I made them for breakfast. DH's boss brought us back a 5 lb. bag from her trip over the weekend. Yum!

Polka Dot You

Whew! I was afraid it would be even later when I posted today. It's consignment season here and so I have been busy weeding clothes out of the boys' closets. I am amazed at how much stuff is in there that we don't need! I'm almost done tagging for one of the sales (later in February). Hopefully DH will help me get all the clothes on hangers tonight. :) Then I'll start tagging for the boutique sale next week. I'm trying to clear my "calendar" since my MIL is bringing me (at my request!) lots of fun stuff to work on for my SIL's wedding--3 weeks from tomorrow!
