Ashley's Graduation

Here's another graduation card for a friend's college graduation. She had these AMAZING pink shoes on the other day--which is what inspired me to add the pink ribbon. :)

Q's Graduation

Our babysitter is graduating from high school tonight so I cut open my JustRite Small Letters and Medium/Large Numbers set to create this awesome card. I bought them at Christmastime!! I can't believe this is the first time I have used them but now that I know how easy it is, I will be making lots of cards using the small alphabet. In fact...I have another graduation card to make soon...

Monogram "J" Cards

One of our friends has a birthday tomorrow so I worked on some monogram cards for her this afternoon. I wanted something fairly simple since I waited until the last moment to make them. :) I made two of each of the four designs in the picture.

Happy Birthday, Betsy!

Remember the set of cards I shared over the weekend? I finished them up with a monogram (using the JustRite monogram stamper), a clear card box, a belly band, and monogrammed seals (using an 8.5x11 Avery label) for my wonderful friend, Betsy. (I also stamped the outside of the envelopes using the Big Flowers set.) Today was her birthday.

Monogram "M" Cards

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great day today. We were running almost all day. First we started our morning at my husband's office for a Christmas Brunch, then the post office to mail our Christmas cards (yea!!) and other packages, and then more errands. I dropped off the boys at my brother's house and headed back home to bake a cake (for a Christmas party tonight) and then out to get my hair cut. I picked up the boys, met my husband and then we went to the party. The boys were pretty good and had a blast with all the kiddos there.

During the hour I was home today, I grabbed some cards I started about 6 months ago and finished them up as a Christmas gift to my stylist. I LOVE her (and what she does to my hair)!

Embossed Monogram

I can't believe it has taken me all day to get this card posted. Now that we're in November I have Christmas gifts on my mind. I spent most of my free time today working on Christmas gifts. Of course I can't post my progress in case someone who reads my blog will be receiving one. :)

One of our LSS (local scrapbook stores) is going out of business. A friend called me on Wednesday to let me know that they were still open. I ran in quickly and bought two things--a laser cut 12x12 "baby's first year" layout for Alex's album (still haven't finished his first year!) and a JustRite Monogram Stamper dry pad. I put some Versamark in it tonight and tried stamping my SIL's monogram. When she gets married in February it will be JOK and well...you're right, Julie. It does look a little funny.
